  • 3. Tools to slow down your anxious thoughts so you can think calmly and clearly and daily challenges become manageable.
  • 4. How to shift from listening to your inner critic (that pesky gremlin) and replacing it with positive, energizing thoughts and feelings.
  • 5. How to take time for yourself and let go of taking responsibility for everyone and everything so you can release overwhelm and worry.
  • 6. How to create a strategy for living your personal and social life from a relaxed and settled center so you really do feel anxiety free.

✔ You get 8, 50 – 60 minute, private, in person or zoom sessions with me each week.

✔ Unlimited texts or emails during the 8-week period.
✔ Exercises and activities to help you learn how to become anxiety free.

This option is for you if you want private coaching.

B. Blueprint for Anxiety Immunity Small Group
✔ An 8-week, small group experience via Zoom.
✔ Each group session is 50-60 minutes.
✔ Live coaching with me.
✔ You get my personal attention to ask questions and process what’s happening in your life.
✔ Support from me and group members so you don’t have to do it alone.
✔ Unlimited texts or emails during the 8-week period.
